About Queen in gold
As a girl I always dreamt about being a princess, but never about being a queen. Something about a queen seemed too fierce and strong for my liking. God showed me how He didn’t just call us to be His daughters, but finally His Bride. Although there’s room for being a princess, God’s ultimate design was for the feminine heart to be a queen. I was challenged not to hide from the authority He had given me as a woman, but to embrace it; to be the queen He called me to be and to reign alongside Him. Queen in Gold is a blog for the feminine heart. I'd like to encourage others to walk in their God-given authority.

About meMy name is Riani. I love flowers, board games, arty markets, food, music and spring. I'm married to a very patient man, who likes telling dad-jokes and makes a fantastic cup of coffee. We are parents to two beautiful little girls. I feed off and get excited about being creative. I don’t talk a lot, but sometimes I do and I tend to have an opinion about most things. Most of the time, I’m all about having a balanced healthy lifestyle; but sometimes I’m just not. Above all I’m in a relationship with Jesus – have been basically all my life. I’m not always that good at it – but He is - By grace I hope to share some wisdom He’s imparted to me.
